Register for the TTI Summer Forum where a great line up of executive speakers, including ATCORE’s Steve Dobson, Director - Information Security, will share  their GDPR compliance planning along with vital information that you will need to get to grips with GDPR.

Tuesday 6th June
Strand Palace Hotel, London

The GDPR not only applies to organisations located within the EU but it will also apply to organisations located outside of the EU if they offer goods or services to, or monitor the behaviour of, EU data subjects. It applies to all companies processing and holding the personal data of data subjects residing in the European Union, regardless of the company’s location.

Even after Brexit, the UK Government has indicated it will implement an equivalent or alternative legal mechanism. It is expected that any such legislation will largely follow the GDPR.

The penalty for non-compliance or breaching the regulation can be up to 4% of your annual global turnover or €20 Million, whichever is greater. That’s a big stick so it is vital that you understand what GDPR means to you and your company and start planning now.
