Andy is a qualified accountant with over 30 years of senior finance experience gained in the UK, Europe and the USA. Since returning from the USA in 2015, Andy has worked exclusively in Private Equity backed companies working with management teams and investors to grow their dynamic businesses

Steve has over 30 years of HR experience and has developed significant expertise in leading teams in high growth technology organisations. His appointment further accelerates the strategic growth plan of the Atcore Group.

Chief Commercial Officer

Mike joined ATCORE in 2001 as Sales Director following an acquisition. He has extensive knowledge of the business requirements of all types of travel organisations across the majority of markets. Mike leads an account management team who manage existing relationships whilst his focus is new clients.

With over 10 years in the travel sector, Francesca brings to ATCORE a wealth of strategic brand management, marketing and digital experience.

Fran’s most recent role was as Global Brand Director at IHG (Intercontinental Hotels Group), where she was responsible for the Corporate Brand strategy. Prior to this she has held CRM, Digital and Corporate Marketing roles within the AA, HSBC and BMW.

Managing Director ATCOM

Malkit joined ATCORE in 1987 and was instrumental in the development of successful, high volume, business critical solutions for the travel industry. His understanding of complex systems and pragmatic advice is respected by the largest European travel businesses. Malkit leads the ATCOM development teams with a close attention to detail and focus to meet the true business needs of customers.

Managing Director Tigerbay

With over 13 years experience designing and delivering technology solutions, Carl Morgan has managed systems deployment for over 130 UK tour operators. A true industry one-off, he is able to balance a forensic understanding of the complexities of tour operating with a pragmatic approach to project management.

Leveraging his background as a serial Entrepreneur combined with strong Investor experience, London-based Didier Bench has held 12 Chairman roles in Executive or Non-Executive positions to date in the Technology and Digital world. He has successfully helped direct companies' growth strategies, enabling them to execute their vision and plan through organic and external growth.

Non-Executive Director

Neil joined ATCORE as a Non-Executive Director in November 2014. He has extensive knowledge and experience of the UK travel industry, having held senior management positions at some of the UK’s leading travel companies including Thomas Cook, TUI Travel and First Choice. Neil is a qualified accountant.

Philip is a Partner and member of the Investment Committee at Inflexion. He leads the Inflexion’s capital markets team with responsibility for debt financing strategy and lender relationships, supporting new investments and the existing Inflexion portfolio.

He was also heavily involved in the raising of Inflexion’s 2016 Enterprise Fund IV and Supplemental Fund IV, as well as the raising of the 2012 Co-Investment Fund.

Philip started his career in PwC’s corporate finance team. From there he moved to Gleacher Shacklock, a corporate finance boutique, before joining Inflexion in 2010.

Cameron is an Assistant Director at Inflexion responsible for evaluating and executing majority and minority transactions as well as for supporting the origination of investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Inflexion in 2021, Cameron spent three years working at Jefferies in their EMEA M&A team focussing primarily on the TMT and business services sectors.
